Anushka Sharma refuses to give dates for the promotion of Patiala House.
Director Nikhil Advani is a worried man these days because the lead lady of his upcoming directorial venture Patiala House has not ensured him so far as to when will she provide the time to promote the film, which is to hit theatres on February 1.
Sources say that Anushka is so busy enjoying the success of her latest film Band Baaja Baarat that she has no time to even think that Patiala House is an equally important film for her and she needs to find time to promote it. Reports suggest that director Nikhil is trying very hard to contact Anushka so that he can discuss and work out with her and the hero of the film Akshay Kumar as to when both of them can get together to promote the film. Whereas Akshay has given full support to Nikhil in this regard, the director has not managed to finalize any dates because he is still waiting for a reply from Anushka’s end.
Despite the relatively newcomer Anushka showing attitude and not giving them dates to promote the film, Bhushan Kumar and Nikhil, the producer and director respectively of Patiala House are trying hard to be patient. When contacted, both of them said that they are in touch with Anushka and the promotional events of the film, where the lead pair will take part together are being planned.
It seems that Bhushan and Nikhil do not want to get into any controversy with Anushka right before the release of this very important film. That is why they are underplaying the issue of Anushka refusing them to give dates to promote Patiala House.
